Hey there!
My name is Rachel. I'm a wife, mom, photographer, dog-lover, and nature enthusiast. My journey with photography began over 15 years ago when I was given a hand-me-down camera while studying to become a teacher. When I finally graduated, my business was already flourishing, and I decided to pivot my plans and pursue a career in photography.
Before long, I was bringing my camera along with me on every hike, canoe ride, and adventure that I could find, and my brand evolved to bring together my two passions- the outdoors and people.
I want every image I take to evoke a feeling within you- whether it’s the calm and serene feeling of being immersed in nature, or the joy and laughter felt throughout your wedding day. I love to tell stories through my photos, and feelings are one of the most powerful ways to paint a narrative.
I love having diversity in the type of work I create, which is why I’m happy to capture weddings, couples, families, pets, and commercial + brand work. I believe that love is love, and joyfully document any and all LGBTQIA2S+ weddings. All are loved and included and welcomed here.
